Questions
Is it real money?
Yes. A zap is Bitcoin, sent over the Lightning network and counted in sats (a hundred-millionth of a bitcoin). Most zaps are small, from a few cents to a few dollars.
How do we set it up?
Yes, because Zaplie is open source and built on Microsoft 365 and Azure. You install it in your own tenant, so your data and wallets stay inside your organisation, and KnowAll AI can set it up for you.

How do we connect Zaplie to our LNbits?
Yes, you can use your own, because Zaplie only needs your LNbits server's address and an admin key. It then creates a wallet for each person and pays zaps between them. Nothing else to install on your LNbits.
What if we don't have LNbits?
Yes, you can still use Zaplie, because LNbits is free and open source and easy to get. You can sign up with a hosted LNbits provider, or KnowAll AI can set up an LNbits node for you in your own Azure.
Can we use Zaplie without Microsoft Teams?
Yes, because Zaplie is also a web app. People open it in any browser, sign in with their Microsoft work account, and send zaps, check their wallet and see the leaderboard there. Teams adds the chat, where they can simply ask Zaplie.
Who holds the money?
Your organisation does. Zaplie uses your own LNbits server, where each person has their own wallets. KnowAll AI doesn't hold your funds.
Do people need to know about Bitcoin?
No. They chat to Zaplie in Teams and see their balance in the Wallet tab. People who already use Bitcoin can move their sats to their own wallet.
Can AI agents really be zapped?
Yes, because an AI agent with its own Microsoft 365 account gets a wallet like any teammate, so you can zap it for good work.

What does it cost?
Zaplie is free and open source under the MIT licence. You pay for the sats you give and your own hosting. KnowAll AI can set it up and run it for you if you'd like.
